Have you started to benchmark Work Programme providers using the London Skills & Employment Observatory's star rating system?

Answer by Boris Johnson

No. Work Programme providers are commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions which has its own performance monitoring system through which it will benchmark providers and reallocate market share accordingly.
